About the Role

This role manages the QA process for software and hardware products, including drone flight, web, desktop, and IoT solutions. Key tasks involve developing test plans, tracking progress, ensuring quality, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues. It also includes creating detailed testing reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage the QA process for multiple products including Drone Flight Application, Web Application, Desktop Applications, and IoT products.
• Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software products.
• Constantly track and evaluate the development workflow in collaboration within the development teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive testing reports, documenting all test phases and defects.
• Ensure the highest quality standards are met across all software products.
• Work closely with software developers and other team members to identify, prioritize, and rectify issues.
• Stay up to date with new testing tools, methodologies, and industry trends.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• Proven experience in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes across various platforms (web, mobile, desktop).
• Experience in functional testing workflow for software and hardware testing.
• Experience in developing and implementing testing strategies for a variety of software products, such as mobile apps, web applications, desktop software, and embedded system.
• Familiarity with performance and security testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
