About the Role
The Account Assistant role involves compiling financial and grant documents, maintaining payment trackers, and assisting with administrative and ad-hoc tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile financial information for the Group’s credit financing applications for review
- Compile documents required for grant application
- Update and maintain payment listings tracker
- Assist in filing and other administrative roles
- Assist in any other ad-hoc projects
About You
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to work initiatively with efficient and effective
- Good communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia, English)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
