About the Role

We are seeking a People Intern in Subang Jaya to support recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and employee engagement initiatives. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, communicative, proficient in Microsoft Office, and available for a 3–6 month internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and documentation.
• Assist with employee relations and engagement initiatives.
• Help with the coordination of training and development programs.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  

About You

• Possesses Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available for minimum of 3-6 months internship duration and immediate starter will be an added advantage.
