Sales Engineer (Drone Solutions) at Bangkok
What you will do
Collaborate with the Business Solutions and Sales teams to assess customer requirements and propose technical solutions that align with their needs.
Respond to technical inquiries and prepare detailed technical proposals.
Deliver engaging and informative technical product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Tailor product features and benefits to solve specific customer challenges.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution blueprints, user guides, and proposal documents.
Work with the product and R&D teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement.
Support smooth implementation by working with clients on integration and technical training.
Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing technical support and follow-up.
Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to provide insightful recommendations to both customers and internal teams.
Process, analyze, and interpret data using software such as DJI Terra, Pix4D, Agisoft Metashape, or other GIS/mapping platforms.
Advise clients on best practices and optimal workflows for drone deployment in use cases such as land surveying, agriculture, infrastructure inspection, and public sector applications.
Provide technical training to clients and internal team members.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project deliverables.
What you will need
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
1 – 3 years of experience in a sales engineer, technical sales, or solution engineer role.
Experience in B2B or government sector projects is a plus.
Familiarity with drones, agricultural technology, surveying, GIS, or related fields is preferred.
Strong technical knowledge combined with effective communication and presentation skills is essential.
Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide.
