About the Role
We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive to support daily online sales operations and aftersales activities. This is a hands-on role focused on order processing, customer communication, and basic aftersales coordination.
The role is suitable for candidates who are detail-oriented, willing to learn, and comfortable handling day-to-day operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Operations
· Process and monitor daily orders from Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Shopify
· Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely fulfilment
· Track deliveries and follow up on delays or issues
· Support campaign and peak-period order processing
Customer Service & Aftersales
· Respond to customer inquiries via Lazada/Shopee chat and WhatsApp
· Handle aftersales cases for LiberNovo and Enabot, including:
o Coordinating returns for inspection
o Following up on repair or replacement cases
o Updating customers on case progress
· Maintain accurate warranty and service records
Basic Technical Support (Advantage)
· Assist with basic inspection or minor repair work where applicable
· Escalate complex issues to senior team members or service partners
Reporting & Admin
· Update order and aftersales trackers in Excel
· Maintain proper documentation for orders and service cases
· Highlight recurring issues or operational gaps for improvement
Requirements
· 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, sales admin, customer service, or operations
· Familiar with Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Shopify systems
· Comfortable handling customer chats and WhatsApp communication
· Basic Excel skills
· Good attention to detail and organisational skills
· Willingness to learn and support day-to-day operations
Bonus
· Experience with consumer electronics or lifestyle products
· Basic troubleshooting or repair skills (e.g. gadgets, electronics)
