Product Manager Assistant (Intern)
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager Assistant Intern to support our product and project management activities. This internship is designed for students or fresh graduates who are interested in learning how digital products and projects are planned, coordinated, and delivered.
The intern will assist with day-to-day coordination tasks, documentation, and communication between team members. This role provides hands-on exposure to product development processes, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1) Project Coordination Support
Assist in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Help prepare and update project documentation, task lists, and meeting notes.
Support the coordination of tasks between product, design, engineering, and other teams.
Follow up with team members on action items when required.
2) Product Management Support
Assist in organizing product requirements, feature lists, and documentation.
Help maintain product backlog or task boards (e.g., Github Project etc.).
Support simple research tasks such as competitor reviews, market trends, or user feedback summaries.
Help compile product updates or internal reports.
3) Communication & Documentation
Take meeting minutes during product or project meetings.
Help prepare basic presentation slides or summaries for internal discussions.
Organize documents and ensure information is clearly documented and accessible.
4) Administrative & Operational Support
Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating with stakeholders.
Help maintain shared documents, trackers, or dashboards.
Provide general support to the product or project manager as needed.

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
Basic familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Github and AI Tools is a plus.
Interest in product management, project management, or technology development.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum concepts.
Experience using collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams/Excel/Word, Github, Canva, UI/UX).
Interest in digital products, or software development.
Expectations for the Role
This is a supporting role, not a decision-making role.
The intern is expected to assist and learn, rather than independently manage projects.
Tasks will be guided and supervised by a Product Manager or Project Manager.
Curiosity, responsibility, and willingness to learn are valued more than prior experience
