About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our Retail Operations team. This role offers hands-on exposure to how retail businesses operate behind the scenes — from inventory planning to merchandising coordination and project execution across stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records for sales, inventory, and operations

• Track and monitor stock movements, including stock in/out and transfers

• Work closely with merchandisers to support timely stock replenishment across stores

• Assist in maintaining optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations

• Support execution of retail initiatives such as promotions, campaigns, and brand collaborations

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution

• Provide administrative and operational support to the retail team as needed

About You

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, Logistics, or related fields

• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and coordination skills

• Comfortable working with MS Word and Excel.

• Good communication skills and able to work with different teams
