Graphic Design Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Design Executive who is passionate about innovative consumer products.
You will play a key role in translating product features and benefits into compelling visuals and short-form videos that directly drive conversions.
Responsibilities
Lifestyle-Focused Visual Content Creation
Design visually compelling assets for lifestyle products across e-commerce, social media, retail displays, and digital platforms.
Video & Multimedia Content Creation
Create and edit short-form videos for:
TikTok, Reels, Shorts
Product demos and feature highlights
Paid ads and campaign videos
Campaign & Product Storytelling
Conceptualize and design campaigns that highlight product benefits in real-life contexts such as comfort, convenience, smart living, and home aesthetics. This includes:
E-commerce product listings (Shopee, Lazada, website)
Social media creatives
Website banners and promotional visuals
Brand Building for Consumer Products
Ensure consistent and appealing brand identity across all touchpoints, tailored to lifestyle audiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work within the sales and marketing team to translate product features into engaging visuals and videos.
Trend-Driven Ideation
Stay updated with lifestyle, social media, and content trends to produce fresh, relevant, and engaging creatives.
Quality & Consistency
Maintain high design and video quality standards across all outputs.
Requirements
Education
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Multimedia Designer
Portfolio showcasing both static design and video content (social media, ads, or product content preferred)
Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Basic to intermediate skills in video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color for consumer-facing designs
Ability to create content optimized for social media and e-commerce conversion
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence as a Software / Tool

Detail-oriented with strong execution skills
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Passion for content trends, especially in short-form video and social media
