Responsibilities

· Process Documentation & ERP Implementation Support: Involve in process mapping, documentation, and enhancement activities related to ERP system implementation. Assist in developing system guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user manuals to support smooth system adoption and operational efficiency.

· Training Support: Assist the team in organizing and delivering training sessions focused on quality assurance, safety, and health practices. Help ensure all employees are properly educated on relevant standards.

· Certification & Permit Management: Support the team in maintaining product certifications and related permits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Kaizen Project Participation: Actively participate in Kaizen projects aimed at continuous improvement in quality control processes. Offer insights, contribute ideas, and help implement improvements.

Requirements

· Educational Background: Undergoing degree study in any field

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail in process and data analysis.

· Good communication and documentation skills. Able to clearly describe workflows, procedures, and system steps.

· Basic understanding of quality management principles, process improvement, or lean / Kaizen concepts is an advantage.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with flowcharting or documentation tools (eg. Visio) is a plus.
