As an Agronomist, you will support our retail branches in expanding our agriculture spraying drone program across Thailand. Your role will involve promoting and selling precision agriculture solutions, providing technical consultation to farmers and agribusinesses, and ensuring the effective use of drones for crop management

Responsibility 

• Provide expert guidance on agricultural chemicals (herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, fertilizers) & Optimize chemical usage for drone spraying, including with proper mixing, application rates, and precautions.
• Conduct training for Commercial team on chemical usage and drone integration.
• Assist Commercial & marketing team in developing promotions and product bundles (chemicals + drones) & marketing content creation.
• Provide technical support to the commercial team during customer consultations.
• Work with operation team to conduct field trials to evaluate the effectiveness of agricultural chemicals with drones.
  Optimize & Select chemical application for key crops (rice, corn, sugarcane, cassava).
  • Monitor & stay updated on emerging trends in agrochemicals and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, specializing in Agronomy, Horticulture, Extension, Soil Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an agronomist, preferably in agrochemicals or agricultural products.
• Strong knowledge of key crops such as Sugarcane, Cassava, Rice, and Corn; familiarity with additional crops like Rubber, Palm, and Fruits is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience working with farmers and a solid understanding of seasonal market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Thai, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
