As a Sales Strategic Planner – Agricultural, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our agriculture spraying drone program across Thailand. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and creating strategic sales plans to drive growth. You will collaborate closely with retail branches, provide technical sales support, and work with farmers and agribusinesses to implement precision agriculture solutions.
Responsibility
- Develop Strategic Partnerships and establish collaborations with key stakeholders in agricultural industries such as large-scale farmer groups, government agencies, sugar mills, and agricultural corporations to expand market reach.
- Provide Training and Consultation to Extension Officers, Equiping field teams with the necessary skills and knowledge to improve outreach efficiency and enhance consultative selling capabilities.
- Design and refine approaches for engaging farmers, cooperatives, and industry stakeholders to enhance the adoption of agricultural technologies and products.
- Track the effectiveness of regional agricultural extension initiatives, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Oversee and support regional local extension officers, ensuring they achieve key performance metrics in farmer engagement and partnership development.
- Support Agribusiness Development – Contribute to business growth by aligning agricultural extension activities with company objectives, ensuring seamless integration of drones, fertilizers, and agrochemicals into farming practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Agricultural or related
- 3 - 5 years+ of experience in Partnership Management, Strategic Business
- Development, or Marketing Strategy (experience in the agrochemicals or agriculture is a plus)
- Proven track record developing and scaling innovative programs aligned to business goals priorities
- Proven project management track record with the ability to handle multiple complex projects, set priorities, coordinate programs across country, including deployment of market specific projects
- Excellent in communication and effective stakeholder management: ability to interact and influence business development team across country
