About the Role

We are looking for a Senior /AM Level of Accounting & Finance to take ownership of the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

This role is responsible for overseeing month-end and year-end closings, ensuring compliance with tax and statutory requirements, and providing accurate financial reports to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the company’s daily accounting and finance functions, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with accounting standards.

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including cash flow reports and management summaries, ensuring timely submission to management and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and control financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support business decision-making.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory and corporate requirements.
• Review and ensure accuracy of tax computations, financial schedules, and audit documentation before submission.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for cost optimization and business performance improvement.
• Coach and guide accounting staff to ensure effective workflow and professional development within the team.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and special projects as assigned by management.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and holding CPD license is a must.
• 5 – 10 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards (TFRS) and taxation regulations; familiarity with international standards is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Netsuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively across departments and with external parties.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop junior accounting staff.
• Good command of English for reporting and correspondence (both written and spoken).
